Your training begins with a comprehensive fitness assessment. You will participate in a physical functional movement screening test where the trainer will evaluate your ability to perform a series of movements to help identify any limited or altered movement patterns. By performing this your trainer can quickly ascertain any potential risk of injury which may have gone undetected in conventional training.

During your physical evaluation the trainer will check for a range of motions and quality of movement in the feet, ankles, knees, hips, spine, shoulders, arms, wrists, hands and neck. This test data is collected, organized and entered into your profile.
